Default Name that sound! Please!! Echoing sounds

2005 dodge ram 60,000 miles and i have newer brakes, rotors, tires, control arms, ball joints, rack and pinion, tie rod ends and new fluids in the differentials. I noticed when im in line at a drive through and im slowly moving i hear a high pitch squeal sometimes without using the brakes but when i drive full speed it goes away. Now when im driving and im going by a long line of cars or a Building
I can hear a chirping or squealing noise when pushing on the gas and it goes away when i let off. It sounds like it coming from the tires. I assume the noise is echoing off the cars because when im not driving by parked cars i cant hear any noise. Anyone have any ideas?

Could be warped rotors barely touching the brakes. Could be the brakes not fully releasing and touching the rotors.

Only happens when pushing the gas so dont think its brakes + you cant hear it unless your driving by a line of cars or along a building

the pad anti squeak are not working. try and use a hi temp gasket maker and put on back of pads. and put a light braking on them and let dry. the squeak will go away. ez fix
