Its a faint whine while stationary, can barely hear it...when the engine is revd and while accelerating driving, the pitch gets louder.........almost sounds like it has turbo.........or also mimics the whine of the stereo amplifier through the speakers........its definately not that......discon ected all of that to make sure........

Pull your serpentine belt off and check all pulleys for play, or roughness when turning by hand. If the belt hasn't been replaced in a while, or it looks in rough condition you can try replacing the belt as well.
If you suspect belt, you can run a bar of soap on it while the engine is running, you'll slowly hear the whine go away. It will come back but it can hep diagnose a bad belt.
