Default Gear ?

I was just on a trip to visit my g/f and my rear end just got shredded. My pinion fell down in the gears and shredded everything in the rear diff and put some much pressure on the driveshaft it split the yolk slip in half and the driveshaft ended up 5' to the side of my truck. It has 3.92 gears with trac lok. Im going to eventually put a lift on it and some 35's, would the 35's do fine with the 3.92's or should I just go ahead and upgrade to 4.10's or 4.56's?

I was thinkin' the same thing. If you're on the highway a lot, though, stick with the 4.10s.

Im not on the highway a ton but I would say 15% of traveling would be on the highway, maybe 20% at most. Would 4.10's or 4.56's reduce my mpg? I have a vararam CAI, Superchip, and true duels w/ 2.5" piping with an X-pipe and 2 10 series flow's

With essentially two overdrive gears you can easily get away with 4.56s. On 35s I was only taching like 2100 rpms at 75 mph...

Have no idea man, I just drove from Atlanta, Ga to Bessemer, AL the afternoon before. Woke up drove 10 miles to meet my gf for breakfast then as soon as I get off the highway 20 seconds later at a light on a hill this happens. Rear end locked up and everything in the rear was shredded and the yolk slip broke in half and driveshaft flew about 5' to the right of my truck
