Recent tuneup was done back in November while stripping down the right dylinder head that had dropped a valve seat. I replaced all plugs and coil packs, cleaned the MAF and throttle body. Im jut paranoid that this may relate to the problem eccountered in November.
Basically
Stuck thermostat lead to over heat which in turn split radiator and then while trying to get home, some 3 miles away at that time it dropped seal in #2 cylinder causing valve to lodge open, rocker arm dropped off and then must have lodged against lifter valve housing and consequently smashed the housing
At that stage i had not just a P0300 it said it was a multiple cylinder misfire.
But this just says random
