Default Shock ?'s

I just found out I need to replace my ball joints on the truck so while I have the front end apart I was going to do some other changes. Along with the ball joints I will be replacing the brake pads and rotors and I was going to change the shocks out also. So my question is what would be a good non wallet hurting set of front shocks?

Truck info:
-2005 Ram 1500 2wd
-daily driver of about 125 miles round trip a day
-front rotors going to EBC
-pads going to EBC Greenstuff 7000
-XRF upper and lower ball joints
-shocks ?

Thanks,
gam

I've always had good luck with Monroe Sensatracks.

Thanks, I picked up a pair of the Sensatrac's and will see how they do. On a side note is there a braided stainless steel brake line kit for the 2wd or will the 4wd kit work?

Didnt know if the 4wd kit would be too long or not. I figured I would change the lines out also when I upgrade the brakes.

If you could get some Bilsteins I would go that route, my buddy has them on his truck and what a difference!
