Default 2006 Ram W/5.7 Ltr HEMI p0301 Code

Greetings,

I recently bought this 2006 Dodge, and after less then a 1000 miles am getting CEL. Started as a flashing CEL under hard acceleration, and would go away. Now the CEL is on all the Time, and the CEL flashes under med-high acceleration.
Code from reader are P0301 and P0700. Seen a few posts about this and no real Conclusions. Things I have tried:

1. Changed Plugs in CYL 1
2. Moved CYL1 Coil pac to CYL3. (this is to see if the problem moves to that CYL)
3. All Plugs look the same.

When I try to hold the Odometer Button and cycle the Key from : Off-On-Off-On-Off-On I am not getting the CEL codes just Random S 121 : | 121 : C 477
I am not sure why I am not getting Accurate Codes, any Ideas?

Thank you for your time.

Definitely not a Bad idea. does anyone have an example of a plug that is being effected by a bad Injector? I wrench on my 2-stokes and looking at the plugs is everything, and mine look the same across the motor.

thank you for the Suggestion, have the Cleaner on hand and will be putting in shortly.

Thank you for taking the Time.

Quick update every 35 miles or so the CEL goes away and as soon as I take her on the highway it comes back. Also feels as though the transmission is shifting in and out of gear.

And another Quick update, had AutoZone read the codes again today. p0301, and p0303. Along with the trans errors p0700, and p1775. So the engine miss followed the Cyl 1 coil. So 2 new coils. Attempted to recreate the CEL (flashing) through various acceleration tests, and after talking my way out of a ticket. I am not able to reproduce it.

And now after 15 miles, the CEL has gone away completely.
