Default What type of leak

Hey everyone,
I was looking at a truck today and I wasn't able to see inside to the keys were lost. They just got it in and wasn't for sale yet. However I did look underneath it and spotted a couple leaks. Here's where I need ya'lls help
Not sure of the model I think it was 05 hemi has approx 120k 8900.00

First leak look to be coming from a possible water pump hose or pump itself....possible anti-freeze no biggie it was hard to say. It had a very very slight smell I wanna say it was anti-freeze

More importantly
I spotted a leak at the bottom of the trans bell housing and very active. I wasn't able to see if it was rear main due to it seem like the housing covered it up. But there were two bolts towards the bottom that seemed like it was coming from. there is a gasket if that's at all possible... Any other ideas??? Would be helpful. I don't want to be taken on a mess.

I also spotted a 03 2200.00 guy stated it needs a new motor. I'm guessing prob. A new trans(150k) as well..could I get out of it 6500 for everything... Would it be worth the hazel

Water leak....just dip a finger in it and tase. Just a tiny amount.
It should be unbearably sweet if it's anti-freeze.

Thats antifreeze. If it's oil from the bell housing, rear main seal most likely.

Thanks.. I was thinking it was rear main and possible pump leak(worse case). for 8900.00 I just talked with the guy and its an 04 and I was telling him about the leaks.. he was saying he hasn't had a chance to run it through the shop or get a key made. be another week. Im just wondering would it be worth even is this person poured some stop leak,,in that tranny and radiator to sell it. whats a rear main and water pump going for now adays.

Replaced the rear main seal on my daughters mustang for right at $350. It was a $10 part. Rest was labor. Call around to some local shops and ask.
