Default Kool vue towing mirrors

Just installed a pair of kool vue towing mirrors on my 07 ram. Installation was easy and they look good. HOWEVER, after a short test drive Im concerned I will not be able to accept the vibration of the glass. (After researching sounds like its not even real glass) I purchased these after reading good reviews from this site, but these will most likely be replaced with oem towing mirrors. I guess you get what you pay for with mirrors despite what many say on these boards!

Anybody have similar experience? Did you upgrade to oem and did it correct this issue?

I went with OE. I have heard several people having issue with aftermarket mirrors. Not just kool vue.

I guess you are better off with original parts.

The ones I bought were crooked when I installed them. Must have been something wrong with the mold. I know it's painful, but OEM is the way to go IMO.
