Default Very Loud Noise When Accelerating

Hi Guys,
The issue is when I touch the gas pedal; very very loud noise started coming up and when the speed increases then the noise also increases.
There is no any noise during the start up / idle.
However if I touch the gas pedal a little, that noise is coming out. This is happening when the car is moving.
The noise is like whistling noise, like a ferrari sound
Also I felt that I lost some power, the car is battling to speed up.
And a new issue also started today; I was driving with constant speed, suddenly my truck cut the speed up and down it seems something was disconnected and connected again in 2 seconds.
I got Dodge Ram 1500 - 2004 Model - V8, 5,7

Cheers

Sounds like it has a throttle body spacer or a vacuum leak. I'd vote for the latter.

Thanks guys, I think this is happening before the transmission.
Maybe it is related with the flywheel or torque converter.
What do you think?

Previously, I had catalytic converter and gear box ratio error codes. Both has not been fixed yet.
I'm going to leave the car to the garage. I will keep updated about the outcomes.

I vote catalytic converter, usually sounds like the truck is weezing while your trying to accelerate

Once I replaced my cat I realised how noisy my truck had become. Clogged cat will make the engine much louder then normal. You would also feel the types of thing's your describing.
