Default 2004 Ram Quad Cab 4.7 Not Running

I was recently left a 2004 Dodge Quad Cab (4.7 N Engine) when my Uncle Passed. Truck didn't run. Tinkered with it and finally got it running and threw a CAM Senor code. Replaced sensor, got it running again with no improvement...sputtering, backfiring through throttle body, no power, and have to keep pumping gas to keep it running. sounds like its not running on all cylinders. Friend told me to replace plugs. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Could be a number of things. Did you reset the pcm after cam sensor replacement? 4.7 are known to blow head gaskets. Do a compression check. Anymore codes?

Disconnect both battery cables. Touch them together. 5-10 minutes.
