Could be a bad sending unit.

Do you know about the cluster sweep? I did this and on my odometer it said c code 26 39 and 26 41. Any idea what that means?

Still has high idle, does the computer have to relearn

Not sure about the c codes. Check weedahoe links. He has a complete list of codes, and service manuals.

Ok, I drove home from work yesterday with no issues, so maybe it good now, ill be driving around a good bit today so ill see what happens, thank you

Still have the high idle at times, sometimes while stopped it idles around 500 other times 800 to 1000 occasionally 1100

I dont think it is related to a vacum leak since it doesn't do it all the time

IAC might be your issue. Cleaning is a 50/50.

The end of the IAC was not that dirty, didnt seem to have a huge amount of carbon inside the hole either really. It looks as if its been replaced, I looked them up on auto zone site and I think the part number matches the delphi IAC, im going to look at it again today and see. Is there a way I can test it ? Was thinking maybe it gets hung up sometimes not allowing it to travel like it should.
