Default Back up light blues

I just baught an 04 Laramie and the back up lights stay on all the time. The range selector in the dash works fine. It starts in park and neutral. This thing has a trs. I had to pull the bulbs out. Any one know why it is sending power to back up lights when it knows it's not in reverse?

Bad circuit were. I redid a lot of the grounds. A bad ground would aply power to something it shouldn't?

Ok so I fixed it. I need the 7 way plug was rotted out. One of the prongs was bent over and touching the center pole, which always has power. It was back feeding my back up lights.
