Exclamation P0300 codes rough start intermediate.

I have 04 ram 1500 5.7 I have an intermediate rough idle at start up I replaced plugs awhile back at around 97,000 miles went to platinum then that's when the misfires started so I found OE was copper plugs so switched them out after 5,000 miles of use on platinum's but problem is still there. Cleaned throttle body no effect but now I have a feeling leaking injectors might be the cause. I just want to know if anybody has gone through this problem and what was the solution and is there a quick way to find out if the injectors are leaking? Thank you!

Maybe leaking or maybe dirty with poor spray pattern. The spark plug would have gave an indication of a leaking injector. I removed injectors on a BMW and cleaned them off the car so I could see the spray pattern a couple were worse than others. The car ran poorly when cold and got better after it warmed up.

The truck would have had to gone through a pretty rough life for it to be leaking injector O-rings not to mention the fact you'd smell a heavy gas odor under the hood. I'd run the Lucas injector cleaner, mine had some slow starts that Lucas Fixed. Also wouldn't be a bad idea to do a Seafoam treatment via intake vacuum port injection.

Hook a OBD-2 Scanner up and see if any codes are being thrown, and also use the scanner to monitor the O2 sensor voltages to see if they are normal.

Also might be helpful to recalibrate the pedal.
