Chemical coolant flush

Hi Guys!

Question: What's the word on chemical coolant flush products? Do they really help? or are they more of a problem for the system?

Maybe just good old distilled water?

thoughts?

no harm in using them as long as you flush the system well with water afterwards. if the system is all filled with crud use it. If its not, just do a coolant exchange.
