Default Help me figure out this leak

I have a leak that is kind of wattery oil or coolant. I see where the leak is originating but am not familiar enough with engines to describe it. Can someone please tell which gasket this is by these pictures? It's a 2008 1500 4x4 5.7 hemi.

Looks like the water pump might be leaking.

Touchy, Have you figured this leak out. I may have the same problem, 2005 dodge Ram daytona 5.7. Mine only leaks after it cools down overnight, and traces dry once I run it, with no leaks while running, then next night same thing. My water pump was replace less than a year ago as well as thermo.

touchy, I had a very similar leak, I thought it was coolant, only showed up in morning after setting, mine turned out to not be coolant, but simply a clogged ac drain line. The way it ran down it would look as though either the timing chain cover or the water pump gasket was leaking, it was not. get a cooling system pressure teser loan from autozone. Do this when engine is cold-it is very easy to use, pump it to 16-20 lbs, mine was 16. At that point if it is a cooling system leak it will show itself. If it is a water pump or timing cover leak, it is a straight forward job, if you know which way a wrench turns, there are many how to videos that will show how. When I did mine it took about 4 hrs with all hand tools. Hope this helps if you have not figured it yet.
