2004 Dodge Ram 1500 with 5.7 Hemi
battery keeps going dead
checked alt putting out 14.5 volts my tester give an ok on battery
at the same time this started my dome and dash lights quit including the key buzzer
the mileage indicator still lights up
even though the turn signals work there is no blinker lights on dash
I have checked fuses and they are ok
any ideas

Do this
Sit in truck and hold in the odometer button on dash then turn on key dont start just to on while holding odometer. You dash should go through a light sequence check and see if it does.
If not you might have to replace it as it might have a short which is common on the dodge ram trucks.
Battery might have a bad cell under load when starting and will not hold a charge so get a load test done.
