What about coming out of the IPM after 17? That C217 on the left frame rail is a great place for water to collect in. Continuity does not necessarily mean load carrying ability.

List of what I have done so far: Used a jumper from battery to pump and verified pump runs... Checked and verified relays & fuses were good... Confirmed a ground... Performed continuity test on power wire to the fuel pump from fuse block all good... Replaced crankshaft sensor... I am now at a loss???
check the throttle position sensor on the throttle body, if it goes bad then the fuel will be cut from the fuel lines, its like $40 for the lifetime warranty or $32 for the 1 year. if i remember right its like two 5mm bolts holding it in place

Thanks all for your suggestions, but with tracing wires from here to there and back again, it appears the issue was in the ignition switch. New switch installed and we have a happy HEMI once again!
