Default Overheating

I have an 04 dodge 1509 5.7 hemi, i was driving today and the temperature gauge rose to the red line so I quickly pulled into a parking lot. As soon as i started slowing doen the temperature lowered. I got out to loog under the hood and saw alittle smoke coming out and coolant all over the front of my bumper. I let it cool down and saw no broken lines or hoses just coolant. I drove it 10 minutes home with no problem, idles fine no smoke. Any ideas?

Hopefully you checked the level cause if it all spilled out, then you are driving around with no coolant.
