Default Passenger side window not working from pass. side only

Having some trouble with my passenger side window, it doesn't seem to want to roll down when I try to roll it down from the passenger side. It works from the driver's side no problem but for some reason doesn't want to on the passenger's side. When I roll it down from my side, if my passenger trys to roll it up at the same time, the window will stop since it's being told contradicting things and so it just cancels out, which seems odd because it senses that it's being told to either move up or down. What could be the problem here? The wires, maybe?

probably the switch is bad. it either creates a short, or disconnects the circuit when actuated, which is why it works from your side, and not the pass side.

Yeah, I'm gonna take off the cover to those switches and mess around with the wiring a little bit the next time I can.

This is a VERY common problem. Its a bad connection on the underside of the DRIVERS side panel. pull the panel up and wiggle the wires. You can also pull the connector and spread some dielectric grease in there to make the connection better.

Common issue. Mine does it sporadically. Every time I decide to pull the door panel to work on it, they work without fail.

Mine started doing this too. It did it about a year ago and I tore it all apart but couldn't find anything. I was swapping out the switches from the wifes Durango , which had the same part number, and when I put it back together it just started working. I'll check for loose connectors like AF_HEMI suggested.

I had a helper press down on the passenger window button while I popped the drivers side switches from the door panel. It immediately went down. So I took a small screwdriver and kind of bent each spade terminal a little and reassembled. Works like new.
