I use Penzoil synthetic
10w/30 in the summer and 5w/30 in the winter
Wix filters
I have always used Penzoin since my first car, 1968 Charger R/T 440ci 4 speed. this was in 1979. I have never had an oil related problem with Penz and all my engines look brand new inside. The key is changing the oil regularly before the hydrocarbons contaminate the oil

Pappy's RP fiasco was my fault, I went with him & grabbed the Royal Purple 5/30 'cause that's what my non-MDS hemi wants. Of course, our only choices at the auto parts store in RPwere 5/30 or 10/30.
You should not only have Amsoil, but Mopar as well.Mytruck just turned 3 last month, and I got 3 years of free oil changes at the dealership (had it there every 3k like clockwork too, baby), now when I gotta do the next one, it's gonna be Royal Purple and either a Mobil 1 or K&N filter...

Yes, that is a gun in my pocket and No, I am not happy to see you!
I used 5w20 synthetic Mobil 1 last oil change. I'm due for one tomorrow. I'm going to go purchase Mobil 1 again and take it to the dealer to change it for me. By the way, how much oil do the new HEMI's take again? 7 quarts? Ugh! I'm lost! Some help please! Thanks!
