1st post, own a 2004 Dodge Ram. I have the stock 20s on it but need new tires. I found some nice perellis (SP?) to put on them but they only come in 275/55. How much ofa difference cosmeticly will this look compared to my 275/60s currently on my 20s? Thanks!!

If your truck is 4x4 I would stay with the 60 series. If not I would go with the 55. I wnet from 17s to 20s I put 285 55 20 and they rode too hard . I then put 285 60 20 which is what some stock 4x4 came with and its alot better. Its about 1 inch diffrence on the side wall.
nope...either size was standard stock size dependant on what year...go with the 275/55's...will perform better...
Hey Fred, the truck looks good. Electric cut-out is a nice touch... Once I wear out the factory tires, I'll probably get some 275/55s. A little shorter, just as wide, better selection.
If the truck isn't lowered, I personally think the shorter 55 series tires are too small. Shows too much wheelwell. They will be 5% shorter than the stock tires.
This equates to the side wall being .55 inches shorter thus the tire will be about 1.1" shorter.
