Has any of the dealers given a thought to check the throttle body? If it's dirty it will give your symptoms and often not generate a CEL.
Also, does the oil pressure needle stay constant or does it dip down low and then come back up. This would indicate sludge and possibly a clogged screen or sending unit, again, this does not often generate a CEL.

Both are known issues that can cause your problem.

I have dont know if they checked the throttle body after cleaning. but the oil pressure needle is normal range, does not move. when the engine is cold it runs perfect.warm the idle drops to 500 shakes
when at warm driving temp. is when the problem happends 1st,2nd 3rd ok 4th,5th slugs and kicks down. dead peddle.BUT if in tow haul ,or overdrive off ,runs great? 89 octaine works better,
