Different Ply's and load ratings. the 113s is a 4/6ply and the 121R is a 10ply. Our trucks come stock with 4/6ply for the 1500's. Generally 10ply would go on 2500/3500 It will be a stiff ride too. My Coopers are XL rated at 119s

Go with the 4/6 ply, 10 ply is great if you do a lot of heavy towing or load down your vehicle, but it will make the ride harsher under normal driving conditions.
