The right way would be to put a small evap.(AC) coil in the box and do some creative refrigeration work under the hood
Hooking up an A/C system to cool the intake air would not work, due to the efficiencies involved. The power required to turn the compressor would be way more than whatever increase in power that the engine would make from the cooler intake air. Didn't you guys take physics in high school?
