if you like distortion and terrible sound quality do a LOC.... if you want to keep the stock radio and do aftermarket sub/amp go with a JL cleansweep or a fosgate 360.2.. personally i like the 360.2 because it has a ridiculous amount of tuning options.
I have honestly yet to here a LOC that sounded good. some LOC can be purchased that are vehicle/ sound system specific I know they make them for the boston set up in the chargers because a buddy of mine has one little pricey but nice.

Thanks for the info guys. Gotter all rigged up. Sounds great. Only problem is the box is 3 feet long and 1.5 foot tall and 1.5 foot wide. It takes up the whole backseat next to my sons carseat.

Forgot to ask, could i do a LOC for the front and rear speakers? Will it degrade the sound for those also?

I had a crappy sub hooked up to my stock hu and it sounded ok, for a crappy sub. when i decided to go all the way, the first thing to go was the hu. I put in a sony mex bt 2600 which has blue tooth already in it. it was like $110 off ebay and it is awsome. Might aswell go ahead and upgrade now, soo much easier then putting in a inline and splicing and all that crap. plus the sony hu has a built in 4 channel amp with 13 watts going to each channel so your stock speakers will sound a little better.
