So a while back Twink painted an eyebrow on his headlights, and I loved that idea. So I did it to my truck yesterday! I think it turned out pretty good for my first time actually painting something. I need to take them off on monday and sand down the orange peel. And Then put another thicker layer coat on it. The front part is a little thin and you can see through it in some places, but it will be fixed. What do you think? I did buy paint to match my brilliant black paint too..Forgive me, my truck was dirty so it all doesn't look like it matches. I'm planning on possibly doing my decals and bumpers and maybe the ram head on the grill.
Before.
Remove headlights.
Mark painted area, I did alot of measuring here.
Mask off area not to be painted.
I used 800 grit sand paper to ruff up the area to be painted.
1st coat of paint
2nd coat of paint and clear coat
Remove paper and tape
Compare
Install
You can see where it is a little thin in the front
Finish late at night
Check in the morning.
I think it turned out pretty nice! lol

They look good already and I think when you match the paint they will look even better.
