Thanks for your comments, I'm sure all of the brands mentioned are superior quality for off-road and/or heavy duty use - but my inquiry was similar to Truckin151 for improved overall ride on a pavement 2WD QC.

This about a 4wd QC. Go get your own thread...
I was under the impression that air bags were just for load helping and not necissarily ride quality.
Sorry guys - didn't realize it was an exclusive 4x4 thread. Probably just go with Bilsteins anyway***
I was mainly kidding toxdoc. The rear for 2wd vs 4wd is gonna be the same.
However, Most the 4wd's have no springs in the front, Just Torsion bars. So any app for a 2wd won't really work for the 4wd and vice-versa.
I am looking more into this whole bagging thing. Anyone done this with there 1500 qc 4wd? Looks to be pretty involved, However, Looks like it might be worth it from what I am reading.

With that said, I want to get the absolute smoothest ride possible. I know Ill never get a cadilac quality ride, But, gotta be a way to get it smoother.
My truck is a 4x4, But I don't go offroading. Worst I do is the occasional snow bank, lol. I have an 05 QC Ram 1500. I will soon have airbags in the back to help with the occasional trailer I tow. Other than that I don't load up the bed with anything heavier than an occasional fridge.
So I ask, What can I do to get the ride smoother than it is?
I have the ultimate solution for you... we will trade. pink for pink...mines a 4x2 just bag it and you will think you are in a caddie with a balls!!

LOL, Sorry no can do. But not because it's a 4x2, Because I like my HEMI to much. Truthly It is pretty rare the 4x4 switch sees any action, Usually don't need it.
