i installed a new deck and everything worked great, i turn it up sounds great then my dumbass was curious how high it would go so i cranked it all the way up and when it got to the max it cut out. i pulled it out, checked the fuses found the ground wire came out of the butt connector so i rewired all of the connectors and triple checked to make sure it works. it turns on theres just no sound. i plug the stock deck in and it works great. any ideas?

Since none of them are designed to run wide open, you may have cooked the amp. There are output fuses in many units. Check those to see if they're intact.

well first off i am brand new to the site and only had my 03 for 3 days now. but i am a professional car audio installer here in lansing mi at skory autosound.
hook up the radio and if you have a spare speaker hook it up to one of the speaker outputs of the radio to determine if the radio is still putting sound out. if it is then it is in the harness or vechicle side. do you have the infinity system? is the remote turn on hooked up? you could have blown the infinity amp happens alot. if you did then just bypass it. let me know if you have anymore questions
so i checked the outputs per another forum and found that when i have my left rear speaker hooked up nothing works. if i have the power wire only hooked up it will but if i hook up the ground it wont. i just didnt connect it and ill have to check the connections to it when i get a chance but its working now
