why would you want the daytona wing, i have only seen a very few that can pull that off and make it look good. i think you should paint it to match the color or the bed liner otherwise that line will throw it off. same prob i have with my tonneau.
I don't even know if I can think of the few you speak of...they look decent on daytona's themselves but they still should have put srt-10 wings on them. They look much cleaner.

Occassionally I put my SRT wing on just to be different. But I devised a new mounting system so I can take it off in about a minute and then it takes about 5 to put it back on and there are no holes in the bed rail area at all. I used the aluminum track that my cover attaches too. The factory mounts use 2 bolts for the back that are special designed to allow the wing to slide back onto them locking it in place and then 2 regular bolts for the front of the wing, both get drilled through your bed.
