Default How would warped REAR rotors behave?

I recently replaced my front rotors and pads due to pretty serious vibration when I brake.

It wasn't the usual steering wheel vibration of warped front rotors, but more the whole cab vibrating (especially the cheap freaking door panels)and almost like bouncing up and down.

It would happen mostly on the highway when doing like 60 and slightly braking...but also when coming to a complete stop from a decent speed it sounds like a flat tire thump while bouncing.

So the front rotor/pad replacement did nothing...

how would rear rotors behave if they were warped? I think it's either that or maybe I should replace the front tires, but why would it only do this when braking?

If you get any shaking or vibing only when using the brakes then you know they are warped.
