How much off set with 12.5" wide tires?

the tires will be 34.23 inches and the 35's come to 35.19 so they are pretty close and the width is 12.08 instead of 12.5 so they are almost the size of 35's so i am not to upset and they will be free and if i want 35's i have to pay so i will be satisfied with the slightly smaller tire

i had to order rims with a 5.5 inch backspace, will my 305/65/17's still fit without rubbing? the rims r 8 inches wide
