thanks thats what i wanted to hear. so you just used the stock bolts to put the seats back in? im going to buy everything from him monday. ill let him enjoy his weekend

I also have the dual 12" box and had the issue of it vibrating and did the same just drilled through the bottom to the floor and the boxes normally have 4 spaceres that come with them for the 60/40 only need 2 if u have a solid bench but stock bolts hold fine my kids seat still fits fine Joe makes some really good boxes I live in the same town as him

so the fox box moves around on you guys how? it sits in the cubbys right....im trying to understand or even picture what ur concern is i just cant put my finger on it...or is it that it just vibrates....i hav no issues with my mdf cheapo box that i got just the fitment and as stated b4 i just made releif cuts and voila...done deal

oklahemi he sends 4 spacers regardless. if the sub isnt bolted down i would think it would shake when the sub is playing. bolting it down gives it better sound and also keeps it from getting stolen lol

thats tru i havent bolted mine down cause im not sure what im doing in that area i wanna f/g a new box but i dont know anything about it my boy know some hes just on call for work all the time now....

yeah bolting it down should make it sound tighter but also if it is not bolted down your insurance wont cover any theft.

I know when I first had mine it would bounce and shake from the bass. Once I bolted it down it didnt do that and sounded MUCH better. As for the spacers, just go to Lowes and but washers or bigger nuts that the stock bolts can go through to use as spacers
