Default Convert to dual zone heat/air

Hello,

I have an SLT with standard single zone heat/air. I love my truck with the exception of wanting dual zone heat.

Here's my question: Has anyone ever tried to retrofit dual zone into an SLT?

I know it would require a new HVAC assembly unit, new control head, wiring between the two, and completely removing the dash to do it, but I'm up for that. (I replaced the HVAC assembly on my old '95 Dodge once - lots of work but doable).

I'm thinking of hitting up junkyards for the parts.

Anyone tried this? Any advice?
