ANY SIDE PICKS OF TRUCK? If I wanted the rear up just a bit should I modify the kit or gett larger rear tires? (45 in rear, 40 upfront)

Ill get some later this week when I wash it. Thats what I was thinking about too so I can give the truck a rake. The only problem is I think the different wheel height will throw off the abs or esp, Im not sure what the tolorence in tire height difference is.
