What I got to look forward to next week... I don't have a console though so it will be easier to pull up the carpet if I decide to mat the entire floor.

Even if you are not doing all that stereo work doing he floor with fat mat or dynamat or brown bag or even the roofing stuff at homedepot(smells for a while but cheap) it is a good investment in sound reduction and these things are like getting into a Lexas already.

Yeah well I ordered 50ftx18in roll of fat mat so I am thinking I should have enough to do the floor. Doors first though, and i'll go from there...

It's looking like a nice clean install. I like the attention to detail with the wire loom. Looks almost factory. I like for people, when they see or hear an install, to say ", man this came with an awesome stereo"
