2009 1500 Airbag Suspension Options
I use my truck like a truck. Lots of towing. Lots of bed loading. With 85k on it, my rear springs are just sagging away.
I have airlift bags on the rear currently. Rancho 9000x shocks. Daystar lift level kit.
I'm looking to move towards a full on airbag replacement suspension. I'm not finding much.
This one seems nice and has the option of running it like my current setup or putting in a high dollar onboard air setup with self leveling:
http://www.ridetech.com/store/suspen...ar-system.html
But was looking to see if anyone has any other leads.

I'm starting to think about doing something like this also but there's not much out there. Like you said there's bags from ridetech http://www.ridetech.com/store/trucks...hash=V302.V328
or there's a new firestone product which is very similar to ridetech and also for top dollar for the hole kit. http://www.allpar.com/forums/index.p...-for-ram-1500/
And the Kelderman kit http://kelderman.com/node/220
I think ridetech is the better option because like you I have airlift bags and i could probably use the same hoses and onboard compressor with the ridetech bags. The only issue i have is if it would fit with my Procomp lift and choosing the appropriate shock.

I don't know but I'll tell you that their customer service and tech department are really nice. Instructions lack a little, but they make up for it.
I put the kit on and had some issues. User error. Whatever I did caused the sleeves to not want to fold back in like they should. 30 feet after I rolled out the bags spit out and took out a brake hose. They were a pain to get back in place but I finally got them squared away with some advice from them. I then hooked my trailer to the truck and was instapissedoff. According to other sources, the max psi should be 110. At 110 with my trailer on there I was on the bump stops and the trailer jack leg was not off of the ground. I called ridetech up and asked what the safe operating pressures were because my trailer was dragging at 110. They said they burst test the bags at well over 400psi. 125-130 had me sitting just right. He was a skeptical at first "Why....How much are you trying to put in them?" But quickly came around after I told him what I needed to get it up to ride height with my trailer in tow. Apparently some guys really push the limits with nitrogen in some of their bags.

I'm pretty dissappointed in the RideTech kit at this point. I hooked the trailer up to head out for a day of wheeling. Aired the bags up. Pulled off and they unseated again. Reseated them and used a little less air. Pulled off and they unseated again.
Cancelled my wheeling trip.
I'm looking at the other kits available.
