N08 is considered "not urgent", or "elective". If you had the other one, you should have it done by now.
Their words, not mine for what it is worth.

NoMoreGMsForMe,
There are currently 2 recalls that have been issued the M34 and the N08 related to the rear axle pinion nut for 2009-2012 Dodge Dakotas and Rams with the 9.25 rear axle. If your vehicle has the M34 recall the second notices have been sent and the parts are currently being distributed to Dodge dealers.
At this time parts are still in production for the N08 recall and should be available shortly. Once the parts are available the second notice will be sent out to the current owners of the affect vehicles.
I hope this helps clear things up, but if there are any questions or concerns please PM me and I'd be happy to help. You can also contact the Customer Care Department for additional assistance at:
Canada: 1-800-465-2001
US: 1-800-992-1997

Well, that explains why others have had rear axle recall work done but my dealer tells me there are not yet parts for mine. My recall letter is N08.
By the way, the NTSB web site has info on manufacturer recalls. There is no central location for TSBs, which are in a different class of problem.
