I'd be interested as well, however I'm wanting to drop the rear to match the front instead.

What is the reason for not wanting spacers? I think the only coil type lift is either the 5100's as mentioned, or the Rancho "Quick Lift".

I ran the TGC 2.5" front and 3/4" rear kit, the ride was just the same as stock, and install was very straight forward.

Pro Comp offers a lift strut for the Rams, slighty cheaper then the Bilsteins. This is what I am running and am very happy with the ride quality.

To me, spacers are still a better choice since it is cheaper and won't affect the ride quality of your rig. Unless you are planning to go off-roading, you may not notice a difference.

The OP already stated that they did not want to use spacers.

You would want a lift shock over a spacer. Why you ask, because the stock shock is a cheaply made twin tube design. Bilsteins and the Pro comps are high quality monotube shocks that are high pressure nitrogen charged. Your ride will be greatly improved over stock shocks. I upgraded my rear shocks and used Fox 2.0. Bilstein also makes 5100 for the rear.
