I did the same thing as Mikeyyy, I actually followed his guide... I installed Bilstein 5100's at all 4 corners and Put Nitto Trail Grappler 33's on there.

Sharp ride! Is it the angle of the photo or is it still a little down in the front?

Its mostly the angle... But when I took that Picture The shocks were just installed and the back shocks were not broken in yet, About 2 weeks later, it settled to where it is now sitting about 1/4" taller in the back, which I can get over.

Alright sweet. If you don't mind me asking, how much did the kit run you?

Do they make straight body lift kits for the 4th gen? I have a buddy looking for a 3" kit for his '10 2WD. He just wants it for aesthetics. I know on my 2005 3rd gen the suspension isn't affected at all, as it is simply lifting the body off the frame -- no changes in geometry. I also know that the 3rd Gen (especially '02-'05) is completely different than the 4th gen underneath. I don't know anything about the 4th gen suspension, but I can't imagine a body lift messing with the suspension at all. Am I wrong? Are there full body lift kits available (such as the PA 3" I have for my 3rd gen)? I don't know anything about the 4th gen, but told him I'd ask around and there's nothing in the DIY thread. Thanks.

$450ish for all 4 corners + a 12 pack for a buddy to help me install. And a piece of advice that goes to anyone installing the rear shocks....

BE CAREFUL NOT TO LET THE PLASTIC STRAPS FALL OF THE COMPRESSED SHOCKS... IF YOU DO,YOU WILL HAVE TO MANUALLY COMPRESS THE SHOCKS TO GET THEM IN..... HUGE PITA!!!!!!!

just my 2 cents.

They Do. Not many, but they do. THe only thing he will have to watch out for are gaps.... Some kits come with Gap fillers some dont. Here is one that I just found real quick...

. Also have the 275/65/20's on it

I like the daystar leveling kit instead of replacing the spring entirely as it keeps the ride stock soft
