Default Changing gearing?

I got a 2010 1500 sport 4x4 crew cab with a 6in suspension lift and 37x12.50x20 tires. I guess first of all, does anyone know what these trucks came with for gearing stock? And what would everyone suggest for a gear ratio with what I have? Thanks

With 37's, no less than 4.56 but I would even look into 4.88's.
