Default Ride quality question.

I've driven the 2015 Ram 2500 with the rear coil suspension, but how does the 2015 Ram 3500 with the leaf spring ride in comparison ?
I know it'll ride harder, but buy a large margin, or is there not that much of a difference ?
The price between the two identical trucks is only $150.00 and the 3500 actually has a lighter curb weight.

Default Ride quality question.

I've driven both and the coils of the 2500 do ride a good bit smoother, especially when comparing them unladen. The 3500 smooths out a good bit when you have some weight in it.

If you need the capacity of a 3500 then you need it, regardless of ride quality.

I bought the 2500 because I sold my 3rd gen truck and traded my car for it, making my truck a daily driver. The better ride coupled with the fact I seldom if ever tow over 7000 lbs (10,000 lbs. under the capacity of a 2500) were the reasons...
