Moving to the correct section.
If the fuse is good, the compressor will come on. It is low, so until the right pressure is achieved, it wont run. Connect your kit and start filling. The compressor will start.
Owners manual will tell you where the fuse for the compressor is. It will be in the underhood fuse box typically.
If you have never worked on AC systems before, I suggest you do a little research. Look up some videos on you tube. You can really screw one up if you dont know what you are doing. If it is low, you have a leak somewhere so refilling it wont do much good until you get the leak fixed.
