Default Will the dealer perform the TSB at no cost?

I have a 2009 1500. The actuators for the heating system have been acting up since winter. Last week the AC would not turn on and I noticed problems with the auto headlights (/starts working if I disconnect the battery). I believe both issues are covered under the same TSB.

I bought the truck used. I am now at 105,000 mi. Should it be covered? Will they charge me?

If you have no warranty, which you wouldn't unless you've purchased one, of course they'll charge you. A TSB is simply a manufacturer's recommended procedure for repairing an issue. This is not to be confused with a recall...
