Default 2012 Ram Radio not working

I have a 2012 Ram Express with the factory radio. Turned on the radio today and have no sound when on AM/FM. There is a "pop" noise approximately every 8 seconds coming from the speakers.
When I turn the radio to AUX or satellite radio I will have full sound for approximately 8-10 seconds...will hear a "pop" then no sound. Full sound will again come back after 8-10 more seconds...this repeats over and over. When the sound is out the volume **** does nothing when turned. When sound is on volume **** works with no issues.
Any ideas?

Sounds like a loose wire/harness either at the unit or speakers. Pull the radio and make sure connections are tight, same goes for the speakers. Good luck

Hi 06Ramin,

I did some digging for a TSB that could be related to your radio concerns, but unfortunately could not find one. I would recommend bringing your vehicle to an FCA dealership for a formal diagnosis.

Also, have you checked to confirm that your Uconnect software is up to date? You can do so here: https://www.driveuconnect.com/software-update/.
