I was just going to post this, mine does the same thing. I thought it had to do with the proximity entry thing, but maybe there is something else to It. Kind of annoying when it's raining too, touching anywhere within 6" of the door handle will unlock the doors.

i have the same thing happening to my 2016 SLT RAM 1500 someone even stole some stuff I had in there as well . I always wake up to it being unlocked

Default don't put the fob in your pocket

The fob is very sensitive to being in your pants pocket with anything else. The lock and unlock buttons are very easy to press because they stick out and are not set into a depression. Compare the ram fob with your other fobs and you'll see what I mean. I clip my keys and fob to my pants belt loop.
