Default Info on tire and offset Rims on 2010 Ram

Hey!
Just bought my first Dodge Ram 1500 hemi !
What I really wanted to do was put a levelling kit in it as it's stock and I hate the front end being lower then the back... but was told by multiple people that I'll have nothing but problems if I put in a leaving kit. And I'm not wanting to spend the money on a lift(even though it would love to!)
So I'm thinking of putting 35's and offset rims.
My rim size right now is 17 I think...
Will 35's fit on my stock with no levelling/lift?
Also how do I figure out what size of offset rim I need.
This is all new to me... any input would be amazing.

Thanks
