If you go with the 6.2L, then I won't hold the decision to jump ship against you.

Well, actually I'm going to go back to what I had before the Dodge - a GMC 2500 HD with the Duramax. I lost mine in an accident and at that time there weren't any available and GM shut it's plants down for awhile, so I decided to try the Dodge. After a couple of weeks I knew I chose wrong.

I'm glad I'm not real tall

That's the door header on top of the steering wheel

How'd you roll it? Can that be blamed on the GMC's poor handling? Ok, jk.

I've never been a huge fan of the Duramax, but I like the Allison tranny.

That's what happens when you hydroplane at 70 mph, cross 4 lanes, slam into the guard rail on the right side of the freeway (on the left side of the truck) so hard it sent me airborne, landing on my side of the roof and sliding down the freeway upside down for about 300 feet back into the lane I started in.

I'm lucky I walked away from that one - I'm just disappointed there wasn't more structural integrity in the A-pillar and windshield header. But it's the same in all trucks (even the 2 ton models, GM, Ford, and Dodge).

Yeah... it's a hell of a lot of weight when you flip a truck.

I hydroplaned at 75 once on the hwy, but I was in an Infiniti G35 coupe. Slid up a mud embankment after sliding 500+ yards on the hwy backwards. It sucked.

wow, glad to hear you're ok. hard to believe with the pics... i like the looks of the gmc but they didn't offer the discounts that dodge did. but i love my dodge and the hemi is awesome. test drove a ford fx4 with the 5.4, felt like a 4 banger compared to the hemi - had no balls...
