Well, I can tell you I have the same issue in a 07 1500 with the 5.7 and I can feel it in the brake pedal, gas pedal, and steering wheel. I do need new tires though, so I just assumed it was that, but now after reading all this...I am now not sure. Has anyone found any other information coming from a mechanic or dealer yet?

Just started having the same issue yesterday on my 1500 SLT Lonestar edition with the 20 inch tires. It happens at different speeds and even notice it while cruising 70 mph.
I first thought it was tires and road surface. At least that is exactly what it feels like, but no matter the surface it still continues. It is not there all the time and it feels like you are hitting rougher parts of the road. I got really used to the very very smooth ride, so the vibration became very noticable. I was hoping it was the "chip and seal' road.
Harmonics sounds plausible because it comes in and out like harmonics. It is a fairly high frequency and it really gives a tickling or buzzing sensation. I also feel it through the gas pedal and steering wheel.
I was worried it was a bearing issue as well because it was or not constant and came in and out. But with only 3200 miles, that does not seem likely either. This thread makes me feel a little better about it. Maybe it is not as serious as I first thought. Weird things is that it did not start until yesterday.

I really appreciate this forum. This is my first Dodge and a couple of things were bothering me. The RPMs would fluctuate with the cruise control on and running about 60 mph. And the other is this vibration issue. It is nice to hear from others that these are normal issues and nothing to worry about. I really love this truck and want it to be the best vehicle I have ever owned. It is good to know that you barely notice it now.
I don't have the indicator in my truck because it was built in before Dec 08, so I can't make an opinion on that possibility. I will however say that anytime my engine is between 1000 rpm and 1500 rpm, you can feel it in your hands, seat of the pants, and pedals. I really don't think mine is MDS. It is most noticeable with the throttle closed and slowing down with the rpms hanging around 1100. Does the MDS come on with the throttle closed and coasting? There really would be nothing to gain. It would actually hurt engine braking.

Unfortunately no. With an earlier built Ram, you probably won't have the locking tailgate either. That's pretty much it.
Do you feel the vibration all the time? I feel it constantly now. It causes slight tingling in the hand on the wheel and the right foot on the gas pedal. Feels like a harmonic. It is like a dampener fell off and now the vibration is not going away. It is so slight that I know if I took it in, they would say "What vibration." It was so smooth a week ago and now the vibration. I just don't understand what would make it change. If it were the Hemi, I would expect it to change with engine rpm, but it does not seem to change much.
WVU Fan has described the problem very accurately. If it continues and does not stop, I cannot see myself getting used to it. I would have to trade it off. Has anyone taken it to a dealer about the problem?
