I ordered this on 5/18/09, paid you, and still no shipping confirmation. Since you guys are not going to return my calls, or answer them I would like my money back plz. As of today, your phone #866-862-6690 is down and your www.fastscion.com phone #3102952688 mailbox is full so please reply to this letter. Your add claims you have several in stock, yet you have pushed the shipping date back three times claiming it is on back order. You told me I would have shipping confirmation last week, yet there is no order or shipping confirmation. You also told me AFE wasn't answering your calls, yet they answered mine and said that they don't know of your website from Adam. This letter is to inform you that as of today, I am contesting my payment of $617.53 through my bank. And to all reading this, you may want to go elsewhere to do business, because these guys are not reliable and can't be trusted. Assuming they work a regular business week M-F and taking a day off for Memorial Day you have given them....
9 days including today but excluding the 18th because i dont know what time you put your order in, 11 days if they work 6 days a week

Regardless of "time to ship", no one is returning 1954radio's calls, Very bad business ethics. No reputable business has their voice mail fill to capacity, AND not return calls without some reasonable explanation to their customers. If they were having technical difficulty, they could announce that within their voice mail greeting.

Thank you sir! I don't mind waiting but everything is too conflicting. And the misleading started from Saturday the 16'th when he said that they were in stock, and confirmed on the 18'th when purchased. Call those number and see for yourselves, it's very scary to me. My bank will refund me, but it will take a while. And in the mean time, now I'm stuck with no exhaust until this is settled. I'm ready to order another set straight from AFE (I talked to them and they said I could), but worried about the first order coming in and getting stuck with two no mater how late it comes in. Thankfully, my bank has tried to contact them as well, and my story is collaborated. All they had to do was return my calls or at least my emails. I don't even have an order in their basket according to their website, and it's been long paid for. Oh, I forgot to mention that my truck came as a blue ST with grey bumpers, and I just had crome ones (dual rears) installed in anticipation for these exhaust. It was the only SW Hemi around within a 150 radius at the time, but very grateful and happy that I got this one, whoooooot

Well, keep us informed. I do agree about the customer service aspect.
I also know from other vendors listed at other forums, sometimes they are one man/woman online stores. These one person shows sometimes end up with personal issues and don't have time to put up voice mails and such.
If it was me that was the vendor, I would call you back ASAP.
