The two differences I'm aware of are that the Bakflip sits a little more flush than the Dodge cover and it folds into 4 sections whereas the Dodge cover has 3? Also, the Bakflip can fold back so it stands almost vertical, protecting part of the back of your cab. The furthest most back position for the Dodge cover is the last section, still covering the cab.

Does anyone know whether or not the BakFlip and the Bed Utility Rails and the Bed Divider can co-exist? To me it looks like the Bed Utility Rails mount low enough.
